Created and designed website, and hired staff including audio engineers, producers, and show hosts. Responsible for creating and producing shows. Oversaw production for in-house shows, and negotiates deals for content. Conducted team meetings for motivation and development of staff. Set guidelines and policies for staff. Managed content of in-house shows and Web design, as well as produced and hosted shows. Conducted general training for audio engineers, producers, and hosts. Created, designed, and maintained recording equipment and Web distribution equipment.
