Created and maintained a technology, media, and product review site.  Designed website, and hired staff including editors and writers.  Responsible for assigning articles and deadlines to writers.  Responsible for fact checking, grammar checking, and style checking all articles written.  Made edits to writers’ assignments.  Conducted team meetings for motivation and development of staff.  Set guidelines and policies for writer submissions.  Managed content and Web design, and wrote editorials, articles, and columns.
